PADI Divemaster

At Adventure Scuba, our instructors work together to help you grow your diving expertise, develop your skills, and learn how to work effectively with divers of all abilities. The course offers a flexible schedule that combines e-learning, face-to-face lessons, and hands-on interactions with both students and certified divers during real dive activities. This approach gives you practical experience for dive scenarios and prepares you for advancing to become a PADI Open Water Instructor.
Prerequisites:
- 18 Years of age (15 for Junior Divemaster)
- 40 Logged dives to begin. Certification requires a minimum of 60 logged dives.
- PADI Rescue Diver certification (or qualifying certification)
- Completion of Emergency First Response® Primary and Secondary Care training (or qualifying training) within 24 months.
- Medically evaluated and cleared for diving by a physician within 12 months.

What is a PADI Divemaster?
The PADI Divemaster course is your first level of professional training. Working closely with your PADI Instructor, you’ll fine-tune your dive skills, while gaining dive knowledge, management, and supervision abilities becoming a role model to divers you lead and mentor everywhere.As a PADI Divemaster, you’ll lead others as you supervise scuba diving activities and assist with diver training. Whether working at a faraway destination or close to home, the adventure of a lifetime awaits you. PADI Divemasters are respected dive professionals who are aligned with the largest and most respected dive organization in the world- PADI.
What will you learn?
The PADI Divemaster course teaches you to be a leader and take charge of dive activities. Through mentor lead knowledge development sessions, water skills exercises, workshops, and hands-on practical assessment, you develop the skills to organize and direct a variety of scuba diving activities.
